Inspired by Black Star Pastry, we present our Str-ape Watermelon Cake! Consisting of strawberry, grapes, watermelon and pistachios layered between 2 slices of sponge cakes :)
Refreshing and light due to the presence of the watermelon and fresh fruits on top. This gives you the reason to have more than one slice ;)

Strawberry Watermelon Pistachio Cake Singapore
Always heard about the watermelon cake form Black Star pastry but don't have a chance to try it? Here's our rendition on it!
Composition of cake from bottom up:
Vanilla sponge sandwiched between pistachio buttercream> A layer of fresh, juicy watermelon> Vanilla sponge> Generous toppings of fruits and pistachios!
We dress our cake up with strawberries, grape and of course watermelon !
This cake is very light and would be a great finish to the end of the meal or as a birthday cake! After all the gorging, you would want something light and easy on the palette, don't you?

How much notice do you need for an order?
We ask for a minimum of 3 days booking in advance. For orders with less than 3 days notice, please call us to check availability.
How do you deliver, and what are your opening hours?
We offer same-day delivery by Grab Express, or you can self collect in the Ang Mo Kio / Thomson area (the full address is sent once your order is confirmed). We are open Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
How much do custom cupcakes cost?
Pricing depends on the design, quantity and any add-ons such as a personalised message card or candle. Send an enquiry and we will reply with a quote and availability.
