As our cupcakes are delicate and freshly made, personal hand delivery is provided. We are unable to confirm a specific time for which the delivery would be made. However, if you have to have a specific delivery time, special arrangements can be made for an additional charge of $15 (on top of the $15 nominal delivery fee). Special arrangements need to be made at least 3 days in advance.
To ensure the safety of our drivers, delivery timing may vary due to unforeseeable weather conditions and/or circumstances. Cup.Cakes Singapore would not be held responsible for any late or failed deliveries due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.

Send an enquiry through our contact form with your theme, event date and quantity, or call/WhatsApp us on +65 8175 7488. We reply with pricing and availability, and payment is made by internet banking once you receive our confirmation email.
How much notice do you need for an order?
We ask for a minimum of 3 days booking in advance. For orders with less than 3 days notice, please call us to check availability.
How do you deliver, and what are your opening hours?
We offer same-day delivery by Grab Express, or you can self collect in the Ang Mo Kio / Thomson area (the full address is sent once your order is confirmed). We are open Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
How much do custom cupcakes cost?
Pricing depends on the design, quantity and any add-ons such as a personalised message card or candle. Send an enquiry and we will reply with a quote and availability.
