Frequently asked questions
How do I order custom cupcakes in Singapore?
Send an enquiry through our contact form with your theme, event date and quantity, or call/WhatsApp us on +65 8175 7488. We reply with pricing and availability, and payment is made by internet banking once you receive our confirmation email.
How much notice do you need for an order?
We ask for a minimum of 3 days booking in advance. For orders with less than 3 days notice, please call us to check availability.
What sizes and flavours are available?
Cupcake sets come in 6, 8, 12 or 25 pieces. Flavours are vanilla (default), coffee and red velvet. Regular cupcakes are 4.5cm wide; mini (3.5cm) and jumbo (5cm) sizes are also available on request.
How do you deliver, and what are your opening hours?
We offer same-day delivery by Grab Express, or you can self collect in the Ang Mo Kio / Thomson area (the full address is sent once your order is confirmed). We are open Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
Do your cupcakes contain egg and dairy? Are they halal?
Yes, our cupcakes contain egg and dairy. We are not Halal certified, but our products do not come into contact with pork, lard or alcohol, and we wash our baking tools thoroughly after each bake.
How long do the cupcakes keep, and do they need refrigeration?
They do not need to be refrigerated and are best enjoyed on the day of collection; storage at room temperature for 1 day is fine. If you need to keep them longer, cakes and cupcakes can be refrigerated for up to 3 days. We use no MSG, additives or preservatives.
Can I change my design after ordering?
Yes. If the new design is more complex, you top up the difference in cost. Please tell us at least three days ahead.
How much do custom cupcakes cost?
Pricing depends on the design, quantity and any add-ons such as a personalised message card or candle. Send an enquiry and we will reply with a quote and availability.
